德国特乐斯特有限责任两合公司的前身德国保尔.特乐斯特机械制造厂成立于1892年 ，至今有近130年的历史。公司主要致力于橡胶和电缆生产线及相关成型设备的生产，加工制造及设计开发和技术服务等工作。目前，公司在世界各地共有员工约500人,全球有代理40多家；且在美国，莫斯科,中国均设 有分公司或代表处。
2004年,特乐斯特机械（上海）有限公司正式成立于上海市浦东川沙国际精工园区 , 目前共有员工85名（其中外国专家两名）。公司管理部门员工40名 ，且均为大学以上学历，并在各部 门生产和工作中起到了重要的骨干重用。
