So (I say sheepishly walking in the room), yeah.  Well, you know the holiday's and all.....

Ok, I am making excusses yes.  This week there were no inches lost and 2 pounds... gained.  Yeah,  I got off this weekend and ate too much, well, junk food.  Sure I can blame the holiday's, but really I made the choice.  So take my example and remember that you need to stay consistant on your plan.  If you don't you won't have the results you want.
